5. Payments
5.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are stated in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, if any.
Where required by applicable law, taxes may be calculated and added at checkout.
5.3 One-Time Payments
Courses are purchased via a one-time payment. There are no automatic renewals or subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
6. Consumer Rights and Refunds
6.1 Cooling-Off Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
However, where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase and you have expressly consented to access the content immediately, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost.
6.2 Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@teleporting.com.
We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, particularly where:

There is a verified technical issue preventing access;

The content materially differs from its description;

Required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
7. Access Duration
Unless otherwise stated, purchased courses provide ongoing access.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue content where necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content, including but not limited to:

AI tools;

Software;

Branding;

Text and graphics;
are owned by or licensed to Teleporting Limited.
You may use the Platform for personal educational purposes only.
You must not:

Upload content to other platforms;

Reverse engineer the Platform.
Downloaded materials remain subject to these restrictions.
9. User Content
Users may upload content (assignments, submissions, comments).
You grant Teleporting Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
10. AI Features
The Platform may include AI-assisted features.
AI-generated outputs are provided for educational purposes only and may not always be accurate. Users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
11. Live Sessions
Live sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by external internet or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not:

Use the Platform unlawfully;

Attempt unauthorised access;

Disrupt system security;

Harass other users;

Misuse AI tools.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Teleporting Limited shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses;

Loss of profits or data;

Business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical outages, internet disruption, governmental action, or force majeure events.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
You may cease using the Platform at any time.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
